If you didnt then go to our forum and post in the "Banned" section to apply for an unban.

You could, request new maps or ask to delete an old map at our forum or give out our server ip address to others, sites, friends, etc.
Post alot on our forum. Add stuffs in the "Download" section. Play our online games.
There's alot of things you can do to help us.

Then you should go to our forum and post in our "Report" section.
You should tell me the admins name and what he did.

VAC doesnt ban anyone if that person didnt use any kind of cheat. VAC uses something called "Delay Ban" wich means that if you cheat vac will log you and ban you a few days/weeks/months later.

No when you have been VAC banned you cant get unbanned. The only thing you can do then is to play on Un-VAC-secured servers OR buy a new account.

Open up the steam window. Rightclick on Counter-Strike Source -> Select Properties -> Select Set Launch Options -> In there write: -console -> Press OK and start Counter-Strike Source.

You should now have a Console ingame.

To do this your supposed to have a console ingame. If you doesnt have that take a look here to see how to enable it:

Type in this in your console:

cl_cmdrate 100
cl_updaterate 100
fps_max 101
net_graph 3

When you have typed net_grap 3 in your console you should have a small box with numbers in your right corner. Check your FPS (Frames Per Second) It shouldnt be under 30 but to play without any lagg at all it should be 100 steady.

If that doesnt help just lower your graphic settings.
If it still laggs buy a new computer!!!!!

Then you should post a report in our "Report" section of our forum.
You should post the name of the guy that cheated and why you think he cheated.
