Noclip abuse on server again

After nel told me yesterday to take a look in my console, i found this

noclip ON - noclip OFF

again, and a guy killed 2 persons before noclip and 2 after noclip turned off again...
Idk how this can happen again.

Ok. As you know we have a plugin called Zombiemod on our server. And at every round start the plugin puts noclip on for like 0.01 sec and then noclip off again.
Thats why u see noclip on and off in console. Noone is accually using noclip. Its just the plugin. Dunno why it does that but it just does.

.......i know a way...found it on youtube some days ago......first make ur own server take sv_cheats to 0. turn noclip on...
and this only work when the game is in the middle(this explains why noclip is not in the start)then dont leave just join the server whitout pressing disconnect,then if ur lucky ur noclip dosent turn off.
