i think its nice but few things : do this : (in console) record *video name* , stop. then disconnect from the server and put : cl_drawhud 0. then write demoui (or something near that) and load your saved video. then record it with fraps. and if you are pro enough , you can try smoothing with the demoui but it's hard as f*ck. hud_saytext_time 0
removes the text chat.
voice_enable 0
removes the voice chat
r_drawviewmodel 0
disables your gun/weapon (makes models invisible)
