Need help with TV

Ok i need help from you guys, im gonna buy a flatscreen tv wich has a "DVB-C Tuner" intigrated. Im watching tv over cable at home, now idk if i need a digital cable receiver to watch digital tv or is the DVB-C tuner enough?

The cable receiver box costs about 70€...
