Make in-game chat more readable

I mentioned this idea once in the game but I don't think anyone understood what I meant. Anyway, take a look at the pictures to see what this 'fix' does.

To install, just extract the zip to your "counter-strike source" folder. An example of where that folder might be:

C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\<username>\counter-strike source\
