So, I had a problem, every time i tried to change my spray it said that i didn't have enough rights to do that.
And I found a solution to help other people that have the same problem and it is easy as 123

You need to put the picture you want to use as spray C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\steamname\counter-strike source\cstrike\materials\VGUI\logos(you may need to creat a folder)

That helped me

Thanks helped me with some Moving sprays :P tho im used to use my 2 main sprays
